Do you offer refills?
Yes — we top up your existing bottles rather than replacing them, for both home customers and the hotels and businesses we supply. Ask us about refill options for what you have.
Can I order bespoke, branded products?
Absolutely. We create custom labels, bottles and even signature scents for hotels, events and gifting. Have a look at our Bespoke page, then get in touch.
Do you supply hotels, B&Bs and shops?
We do. Visit our Trade page for how wholesale works, or send a trade enquiry and we'll share samples and pricing.
Are your products really free from synthetics?
Yes. Everything is plant-based and free from detergents, sulphates, alcohol, parabens, sorbates, silicones and synthetic preservatives. More on our Responsibilities page.
How much is shipping?
UK shipping is free on orders over £50. Place orders any time through our online shop.
